Our Mission 

Our programs have made a tremendous impact on the social, academic, economic, and family functioning of those we have served. We strive for collaboration to establish partnerships in our community.

Our hope is to continue developing a seamless SOC for the youth and families we partner with, providing an individualized strengths based approach. Our vision is to develop a streamline approach to serving children and families in the community. The team approach enables planning and perfecting system improvements based off of the needs of our families.  

The intensity of our High Fidelity Wraparound has kept youth from being removed from their community by providing the wraparound process and implementing support services to the families.  However, with the number of children and families in need of services we could increase the impact we make to our community by increasing the number of partners, programs and services we have to offer.
